Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. The delivery options available for your address, and their costs, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the camera back. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of you giving us proof that you've sent it.
Faulty or damaged?
If your camera arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
How to start a return
Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
